Thank you for shopping with us. Below is our full shipping policy to ensure you know exactly what to expect when ordering from our store.


Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

  • Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed and another email when your order has shipped.


Shipping Times

Shipping times vary based on product size and availability:

  • Standard Items (small & medium parts): 3–7 business days

  • Large Items (bumpers, hoods, decklids, etc.): 5–12 business days

  • Special order or backordered items: timelines will be noted on the product page or in your confirmation email

Please note that delays caused by carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx) are out of our control, but we are always here to help if issues arise.


Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on item weight, size, and destination.
Large items may incur oversized shipping fees due to freight or dimensional weight.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Tracking updates may take up to 24–48 hours to appear once the carrier receives the package.


Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged:

  1. Take clear photos of the product and packaging

  2. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  3. We will file a claim and begin the replacement process

If your package is lost in transit, reach out and we will assist with the carrier investigation. We’ve got your back.


Incorrect Address Disclaimer

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.
We are not responsible for packages delivered to the wrong address due to customer entry error.


International Shipping

At this time, we DO NOT offer international shipping.
